By using Nano Banana 2.1 at nanobanana21.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the studio.

Independent service

Nano Banana 2.1 is an independent AI image studio for text-to-image generation and reference image editing. Nano Banana 2.1 is not an official Google product, is not affiliated with Google, and is not endorsed or sponsored by Google. The name Nano Banana 2.1 refers to this independent product and its own model label.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the studio to generate content that is:

• Illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise exploitative or abusive.
• Intended to harass, defame, or impersonate a real person without consent.
• In violation of a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Reference images

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any reference image you submit, whether as a file or an HTTPS URL.

No guarantees

The studio is provided "as is." Generation may occasionally fail, time out, or produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific output quality.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nano Banana 2.1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the studio or reliance on generated images.

Product information and corrections

Feature descriptions reflect the controls implemented in this studio. Inspiration thumbnails are visual references, not performance guarantees. We do not publish fabricated reviews or usage statistics. To report an inaccurate description or a product issue, email [email protected] with the affected page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
