Overview

Nano Banana 2.1 ("the Studio", "we", "us") is an independent AI image generation service available at nanobanana21.ai. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the image generator and how it is handled.

What we process

When you use the studio, the following information is sent to our server to generate your image:

• The text prompt you enter.
• An optional reference image, either uploaded as a file (converted to a data URL in your browser) or provided as an HTTPS image URL.
• Your selected aspect ratio and resolution.

How prompts and images are used

Your prompt and optional reference image are forwarded to our image generation infrastructure, which uses Nano Banana 2.1 to produce the requested output. Generated images are returned to your browser for preview and download. We do not sell your prompts or uploaded images to third parties.

Basic request limiting

To keep the service available for everyone, we apply basic rate limiting to generation requests. This does not involve tracking you across other websites.

Third-party processing

Image generation is processed by APIMart on our behalf. The provider applies its own data handling and retention policies. This studio does not promise immediate deletion of data at the provider.

Job access cookies

The studio stores a signed task reference in an HTTP-only cookie for up to 30 minutes. It lets this browser retrieve and download its own generated image. Your IP address is processed for request limiting. These cookies do not track activity on other websites.

Your choices

You are not required to upload a reference image to use the studio. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in prompts or reference images you do not want processed.
